Where can you buy professional hair thinning scissors here in Manila? I just need one but I don't know where to buy it. It's the scissor that looks like it has teeth.. and it doesn't cut all the hair off.. it leaves strands from being cut. And how much might one cost? Thanks!

I would go to Ebay.com and get some. You can get most anything there. I've never had a problem from any of the sellers. It's best to set up your paypal account first then you can bid with ease.
