omg you so helped me.. I JUST went to sallys to get a bleach kit.. my hair was black. i put the bleach on.. for like 50 minutes it bleached it up to a rust color.. cause i want blue hair mine is cut like you said it should be for this color.. and i dyed it 2 hrs alter NO blue.. Just rust.. now i know what to buy to get it that SHOCK blue

no….if you add red to blue it will be purple…you can’t do that with party colors…you must get all the pigment out to get a true vibrant color.
