I JUST went to sallys to get a bleach kit.. my hair was black. i put the bleach on.. for like 50 minutes it bleached it up to a rust color.. cause i want blue hair mine is cut like you said it should be for this color.. and i dyed it 2 hrs alter NO blue.. Just rust.. now i know what to buy to get it that SHOCK blue
