Two more girls walked up, and planted themselves next to eachother. I looked at Taylor. He nodded.
“I’ll be right back, have to get something from the car.” He announced before walking off.
The girls were whispering something to eachother, then the hall filled with little giggles. I looked at Joe and nudged forward.
“Oh, right Nick, this is Demi, and I don’t know the rest.” He said pointing to Demi.
The other brunette laughed. “I’m Selena, and this is Nicole” She said pointing to a red head.
I held out my hand to Nicole. “I’m Nick.”
I then grabbed Selena’s hand and bought it to my mouth, planting a soft kiss on it. She laughed and pulled it away. She was wearing short shorts, a buttoned up collared shirt, that was unbottoned, with a tank under it, and her hair fell into loose curls.
She grabbed Nicole’s arm. “Now, if you don’t mind we were in the middle of holding a lighter under the wax plant.”
Nicole laughed, as Selena pulled her away and they turned into a room.
Demi held up her finger. “One Minute, I have to go get that lighter.”
She skipped down the hall, and we heard slight yelling. I looked at Joe. “Wow, Selena is hot”
He nodded. “She’s ok, but Demi, woo. She’s smoken.”
Taylor called from behind, making us turn to him. “There all hotties.”
We laughed, and then a hand was placed on my shoulder. It was Selena, she stepped in front of us. “I have to agree, I also think were hotties.”
I turned back to the guys as we all started turning red. The girls all laughed.
“Ok, we have to go. California is not gonna wait forever.” Nicole said.
Selena laughed. “I said we could stop in California for a camp on the beach. Were still going to New York.”
Joe jumped up. “No way, were going to New York to.”
Taylor cut in. “After we visit family in California.”
Selena squinted her eyes, as a smug smile appeared on her face. I looked at her and smiled, while shaking me head.
She mouthed “Thought so.”
She of course knew, that we had no family in California, we were planning to see. She cleared her throat.
“Well, we have to get on the road. Nice meeting you guys.”
Demi sighed, as she grabbed Selena and Nicole’s arm, and they walked down the wax stairs. I leaned back to Taylor. “Did you cut it?”
He nodded. “Sure do.”

I stopped causing Demi to jerk back. I raised my eyebrows. “Oh Demi, you know what you have to do.”
She groaned. “Do I have to?”
I laughed. “You were totally intrested in him, and he is obviously cute. He get’s your number”.
She smiled, as she turned around, and marched up to Joe, Grabbing his hand and placing the seven numbers in the palm of his hand. She walked back towards us and smiled, grabbing our hand and pulling us away, towards the car. I stepped in the driver seat, and turned the key. The engine started, but when out, as I soon as I tried to put the car in drive. I sighed.
“We have a slight problem.” I announced.
Nicole sat up. “What?”
“The car won’t start.” I said.
Demi hit me. “Well, go pop the hood and work some of your garage magic.”
“What makes you think it’s gonna work.” I asked.
“Umm, I don’t know if you remember Shia, your brother, but before he left, didn’t you like make an engine with him.” Demi said.
I sighed, as I stepped out of the car, and lifted the hood. “The belt broke.”
I stepped in the car. “Oh Nicole, give me the belt you got before we left.”
Nicole was silent. I turned to her. “Nicole, tell me you didn’t forget the belt.”
Nicole sat up from the back and looked at Demi. “Answer the question, Nicole.”
I looked at her and sighed. “Now were stuck with a non functioning car, in the middle of and crack.”
Demi laughed. “An crack?”
I sighed. “Just shut up, we may have to walk to New York.”
I stood up, and went to look at the hood, again. I began laughing as I picked up the scissors.
