For instance, I'm right-handed and can only cut with scissors using my left hand. I also only use a mouse with my left hand. The one thing I can do well with both hands is throw (i.e. a baseball or football).
sounds silly, but I can throw a frisbee with my left hand — it doesn't work with my right. And I tend to play pool with my left hand in the lead, as well.

logic would say being right handed would mean greater manual dexterity in said hand, but i would have struggled to play guitar, fingering with my right and not the left
